Chris and Betsy Ketcham fell in love with the Spanish Horse in the mid 1990's. They searched for two years before selecting their first filly, a daughter of Indiano XVIII whom they found at Hacienda Santa Lucia in Villa Hermosa, Tabasco, MEXICO. Since then, they have very slowly selected mares to add to their program, daughters of Navarre GF and Gaucho III, and more recently daughters of the glorious Guardiola stallion Ebanisto. After much searching, they finally found the stallion of their dreams, Faralay II, a solid bay son of Ebanisto and grandson of Estudiante XII 1983 (the J.L. Escalera branded son of Lebrijano III). Faralay will begin his breeding career and his formal dressage training in 2008.
